In this 30-week program, you will develop your palate and grow your beverage expertise through interactive tastings, sensory analyses, and classroom discussion. You’ll walk the region’s vineyards and talk directly with growers, learn the business of wine and beverage management, perfect your service skills, and so much more. And you’ll experience the interplay between food and wine from the very start (this is the CIA, after all) alongside beverage topics that benefit from an understanding of food.
